Intro To Fitness


  • This is our Intro to Fitness programme which is a great place to start if you are just embarking on your fitness journey or returning to the gym after some time away.
  • This programme will focus on the basics; push ups, pull ups, dips and body weight squats that will help you develop strength within these simple movements.
  • Acting as a great foundation, this programme will help you build confidence to allow you to progress onto our more challenging programmes at a later date.

*Intro to fitness is intended as a base training for new gym users or returning after a long lay off with a natural progression to move to a strength or hypertrophy programme.
